August / September

Yesterday was Earlswell Riding Club's 4th Annual One Day Event and despite the miserable weather it was a huge success!

It must be said yet again though, not without the enormous efforts of many club members who put so much time and effort in not only yesterday but in the days and weeks coming up to it.

Thanks also to the many friends and family of members who came along yesterday to fence judge, time, score even feed all the competitors (thanks Mick & Co.) But without all these people we cannot run an event.

On that I did try and send a thank you message to all of these people last night but as I didn't have contact numbers for them all please pass the message on!!!

THANK YOU

Finally thanks also to the Duggan family for letting us use their fantastic facility yet again this year. They not only provided the venue but where there all the days before building jumps, flagging course even painting jumps and still came along on the day to help out. THANK YOU!

Back to results though we not only managed to host the event but we even scooped a few of the prizes too!
