AGM

Yes it's coming to that time of year again!

The club's AGM is to be held in The Viaduct Inn on Thursday, November 1st at 8.30pm.

If anyone is interested in joining the committee for the coming year or would like to find out more about it, please contact a current committee member.

As always, memberships for 2008 will be taken from this evening onwards, the exact fee will be given on the night and the new secretary will take membership cards along with cheques or cash.

Anyone considering changing their grade should start discussing this with their instructor now! Such changes have to be signed for and brought to the Regional Committee to be sanctioned.

We look forward to seeing you all there.

Earl's Well One Day Event

It would seem, from the reaction of those who competed, that this years ODE was a great success. This is primarily due to the hard work of members leading up to the event and on the day itself. A very big thank you is extended to all those who were involved and helped out.

The annual event was well attended with many travelling a great distance. Again we would like to say a special thank you to the Duggan family for facilitating us in this endeavour and for the amount of work that they put into making the course. Their expertise, help and advice proved invaluable to us again this year.

A big thank you is also extended to the Killeady hunt for use of their equipment essential to the operation. The club would also, yet again, like to say a very big thank you to le chef du jour, Mick O'Regan and his assistant Sean for providing such a fantastic BBQ on the day!

Congratulations to all club members who also competed on the day.

Please note that a number of photos were taken on the day and have been published on the website (click the link). If anyone else has photos forward them to Johanna and they too will be added.
